Three adults fished only undersized whiting and bream. Others tried to get there but were turned back (flooded roads) Weigh in at Max & Clare's to eat food (chicken salad & rolls, etc.) Nine Anglers enjoyed a meal and a drink

DH - 3 Nominations:	Max Besley went for a "sixer" down boat ramp Andrew Norman caught his fish on Judy's rod while she was on the bucket!!! Josh Chique (a Junior) was the winner: He tried to sit on the seat but missed and fell onto boat floor!!!

DH:	There were 2 nomination:- Max Besley – backed boat into a sign – moved boat forward on trailor - $265 to replace winch post. Dave Tierney won the hat:- no sense of direction – ended up at Welspool instead of Pt Albert jetty and went in to pub to buy beer while waiting for help – but no money!!!!!!

CLUB COMPETITIONS:

The Anglers conduct monthly fishing events for points toward club championships and awards. There are Overall, Ladies and Juniors Championship points derived from the Fishing Disciplines in the categories of Surf, Estuary, Freshwater and Bay. Each of the categories have their individual champions. An annual Snapper trophy or Snapper Champion category runs along with best of species and fish of the month awards open to all members who weigh in and have verified a catch. Club records are held in Seniors and Juniors for a large variety of fish species. Monthly fishing competitions have a weigh in, BBQ/meal, drinks and brief presentations.
